install problem

Couldn't get paths set after running install.php.

I am trying the calendar on free webspace and got the errors

Warning: realpath, tmpfile, link, mb_send_mail() has been disabled for security reasons in xxxxx/php_event_calendar/install.php on line 282

Warning: realpath, tmpfile, link, mb_send_mail() has been disabled for security reasons in xxxxx/php_event_calendar/install.php on line 284

Warning: realpath, tmpfile, link, mb_send_mail() has been disabled for security reasons in xxxxx/htdocs/php_event_calendar/install.php on line 285

Warning: realpath, tmpfile, link, mb_send_mail() has been disabled for security reasons in xxxxx/php_event_calendar/install.php on line 286

The fields for entering the filepaths are empty and when I try to enter the paths i get the message

"Can not create directory.Please create it manualy and try again. "

I have installed phpnuke and mambo on this free webspace (different account) and it worked ok.

Please help as this calendar looks ideal for my site.

hrmm sounds serverside to me... check with your server provider to see if they have stuff turned off for security...

yeah mambo and phpnuke are way bigger to install (and easy) :)
