what are instaling paths?

i get the followin message:

Can not create any files in /home/ugd/public_html/php_event_calendar/cl_files/img directory. Please set 0757 permission on /home/ugd/public_html/php_event_calendar/cl_files/img directory. Please check permission and try again.

how do i solve this? dont be suprised if the solution is really simple due to the fact i am very dumb :)
