Mac IE 5 and menu display issue
We would urgently appreciate your help with following problem. We have integrated your menu gold product into our website product and we have a very
irate customer with Macs and they are getting following problems:-
1. purple boxes.
2. Whole home page has dropped half way down the screen so when you open up it looks as though the page is empty - until you scroll down to find the
menu and text lurking at the bottom.
3. However if you go to another page via the main menu, then go back to the home page, the text positions itself correctly.
4. When using Searching utility on website also get distoted menus.
All their Macs are on Explorer 5. (which your product should be compatible with).
