Fixed Position?

I can't test this at the moment as I'm not at my home PC, but I was curious; can you set the menu position to be fixed like a fixed background which doesn't move with a page?

Look at www.raba.org and scroll down. I'd like the menu to stay fixed like the image on the background.

It is possible only in Tigra Menu PRO ( http://www.softcomplex.com/products/tigra_menu_pro/ ).

I'm thinking that the image background is on another layer perhaps for this page? Why don't you just tack the menu to this layer? Yeah, it would require a small amount of rewrite... *shrug*
