Use of full specified box height & width?

OK, naive question perhaps... Using scroller (free version), and setting a box size of 200x80. I also have a table cell that it resides in with the same dimensions, with cellpadding and cellspacing set to zero (also borders to 0 and everything else one can think of to zero :-).

If I display an image that also has a height of 80, it appears to only display 78 pixels -- as if it forces a single pixel border around the entire display.

(I don't have the luxury of increasing the size of the window or decreasing the size of the image).

The question is: Is this really happening, and is there a way I can instruct scroller to utilize every pixel of the box width?

Never mind...

Discovered the 5px buffer being created by the cascading style sheet. I knew there was a "duh" in there somewhere.
