A Javascript call as 'content': Is this possible?

Hi there,

I've been trying different things, but I'm stumped. I'm not even sure if it's possible.

Right now I've got a phpbb forum and a Javascript module which displays X Recent Topics on my main page (which is non-phpbb by the way).

What I would like to do is give the users the ability to use On-Demand scrolling to that list of items.

Below is the code I place into my index.html to retrieve and display the list:

<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript" src="/forum/topics_anywhere.php?mode=show&f=3&n=10&b=dis&br=y&cl=topics&ct=topics"></script>

I tried to put that code into the 'content' field, but then I noticed it was said that you cannot put <script></script> into the 'content' field.

Is there anyway I can get this to work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'd recommend to form string variable instead of write to document, and then assign the variable as content of the scroller.
