Dynamic span, initially display:none, constant scroller refreshing?

Greetings,

I have a scroller that constantly refreshes the content (defined in the content variable)...

The call to the TScroll_init method is inside a span tag with it's "display" style initially set to "none". There is a link on the same page that call another js method to set the style of the span around the TScroll_init call to "inline" thus making it visible in the browser.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to make the scroller stop this constant refreshing without showing all of the content specified in the content variable?

Thanks a lot!

thotskee

PS: I am working directly in the sample files that comes with the scroller component.
