Solution to non Showing up calendars!
PENandPIXELS - 9/10/2005 at 01:29 AM

I noticed a few are having the same problem I had in the beggining of not getting your calendar to show. Here's what will work.

1. Put this code in the top of your (.php) page..

<? include 'calendar/cl_files/calendar.php'; ?>

Note! do not use /home/user/public_html/ or any other relative path. Use the path from the directory the script is being called from. (my calendar is being called from the root of the public_html folder so I just start from there).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Put this code where you want the calendar to show

<? show_calendar('Throne'); ?>

Throne is the name of my calendar so use your name instead.

Note! In the original documentation they asked to put the code in like this

<? new calendar('Throne'); ?>

That caused a class error and the script did not work on my server.

Glad this worked for you.

What OS does your server use?
What version, etc? that info would be useful to know for future reference.
