How long for a response from Support?

How long does it take to get a response from support? I would like at least some acknowldgement that my request was received. I'm getting pressure from management to resolve our problems and if I can't timely response/resolution from SoftComplex support, I'll need to consider other options. I really don't want to do that because I like this product so far.
