this.TC0p is undefined

Just upgrading to Pro ...

<script language="JavaScript" src="js/tigra_calendar_pro/modal_mode/cal_tpl1.js"></script>
<script language="JavaScript" src="js/tigra_calendar_pro/modal_mode/cal_strings.js"></script>
<script language="JavaScript" src="js/tigra_calendar_pro/modal_mode/calendar.js"></script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="js/tigra_calendar_pro/modal_mode/calendar.css" type="text/css" />

...

<script language="JavaScript">
new calendar ({
'formname': 'add_payment',
'controlname': 'entry_date',
'dataformat' : 'm/d/Y',
'nocontrols' : {
//'nomonth' : true,
//'noyear' : true,
//'nohour': true,
//'nominute' : true,
//'nosecond' : true,
//'notoday' : 'true',
//'noampm' : 'true',
'noothermonthday' : 'true'
},
'replace' : true,
'watch' : true
}, CAL_TPL1); </script>

But when I click the calendar icon, I get
"this.TC0p is undefined"

My code almost copies directly from the modal_multiple example. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!

At the bottom of the example file is this:

<script language="JavaScript">
// initialization block for all calendars on the page
// A_CALENDARS array contains references to each calendar instance
for (var n = 0; n < A_CALENDARS.length; n++) {
A_CALENDARS[n].create();
}
</script>

Placing it at the bottom of my file solves the problem.
