Is there anything between RSS feed and scroller? How do you feed it to the script?

Hi,
I`m running an RSS feed from a local newspaper in Tigra scroller but the links open up within the small iframe. I need them targeting to _blank.
Obviously I can't edit the links in the feed directly as they are sourced from the newspaper, but is there any way to fix this within the scroller
script at my end?
